Walking through villages under the palms or trekking across palm forests, you can truly feel the rustic beauty and the harmony between people and nature in this land.

The Bamboo

Bamboo is a remarkable grass, growing quickly with stems that are both strong and flexible. Light yet resilient, it has long been a symbol of our country. More than just a plant, bamboo is woven into daily life – used to build houses, craft furniture, make paper, and create beautiful handicrafts. Across Asia, it is cherished for its durability, versatility, and its deep connection with people.

The banana tree is closely tied to the daily life of the local people here. Its green leaves are often used for wrapping cakes, the blossoms are a familiar ingredient for a fresh and crunchy salad, while the ripe yellow fruit is sweet and nutritious. Even the trunk of the banana tree is used as feed for pigs, chickens, buffaloes, and cows.
